This conference is organised by students for students as part of our master's degree programme “Applied Bio and Food Science”. It illustrates the connection of research and product innovation our university stands for. The demand for future food and fossil-free production based on biotechnology approaches are rising and is recognised by decision makers in science, politics and industry.
